I think that would be a fools errand, it is said that 25% of people will like you, 25% who like you can be convinced to dislike you, 25% will never like you no matter your efforts and 25% who don’t like you can be convinced to like you. The point is, half of the people will and half won’t, you cannot make a determination of your support within your limited sphere of influence. It must be expanded in order for you to see how the world see’s you. This is to say we must get out of the fish bowl of our communities to get a broader consensus of who we are. It must start with your own belief in yourself, which should not waiver because of opinions. You must know yourself, you either have integrity or you don’t there is no middle ground, if you don’t either change it, or accept the fact and take what comes as a result.
Focus on your friends and never your enemies, anyone who takes time to get to know you and they like you, believe in you, and they will do so despite your failings. People who love, like and care about you, will see in you that which does not need convincing.
