Jesus performed over 40 miracles and some occurred as a result of his presence. The majority are faith healing, exorcisms, resurrection of the dead and control over nature. I am not sure what your question is in reference to John, but beyond these recorded miracles I have listed here for your review, John states that Jesus did more than what has been written about him.
John 21:24-25
24 This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true.
25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.
