Judas did not go to Heaven, according to Jesus Himself he has the greater sin for doing so and that it would have been better for him, that Judas had never been born.
Matthew 26:23-25
23 And He answered and said, “He that dippeth his hand with Me in the dish, the same shall betray Me.
24 The Son of Man goeth as it is written of Him, but woe unto that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It had been good for that man if he had not been born.”
25 Then Judas, who betrayed Him, answered and said, “Master, is it I?” He said unto him, “Thou hast said.”
John 19:11
11 Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.
